Thread Topic: This is ironic.

Sri: Well.. I'm an only child, so no siblings to fight with. My husband, as I've told you, is a werewolf named Aaron. He's never mentioned siblings, but he may have some. My first child is my son, Cillian. My three younger daughters are triplets. Haileigh, Anamaria, and Gracelyn. Haileigh and Anamaria are werewolves like Aaron, and Gracelyn is a vampire like Cillian and me. Is there anything specific you want to know? *smiles*
-
Pierce: What are they like, your children? Were they difficult babies? I've always wanted babies, but.. I don't think it'll work out.
-
Sri: All babies are different. Some were more needy than others. They're all good kids, except my little werewolves are still breaking the habit of tearing up stuff. And I have to make sure Aaron doesn't tear up stuff during full moons either. And Cillian has been doing more to help me with the girls. It's up to you if you want a baby. It can be hard, and sometimes tiring, but also very rewarding. Especially when they utter their first word..or take their first steps... *sighs, thinking back*
-
Pierce: ..I want one, I know that. But I don't want to leave Evan alone with it. *annnnnd changes subject* What do you do for work?
-
Sri: *nods understandingly* I get what you mean. Do you promise not to laugh when I tell you?
-
Pierce: *nods* Promise.
-
Sri: *pause* ..I'm a mystic. I do palm readings, fortunes, and tarot cards. And though humans think of it as a big joke, I'm far more accurate. *proud smile*
-
Pierce: That's really cool. *small smile* I know a couple people who're really into stuff like that.. I mean, I believe in it and all, but I've just never been interested in knowing anything like that.
-
Sri: Well, if you ever want to look into anything, you know me! *grins* It's nice to find people who believe, and sometimes I think that belief is what makes a fortune so real. But there is a bit of peeking into the future, we just have to make it broad.
-
Pierce: ..I already know what my future holds. *small shrug, glancing away*
-
Sri: Do you really though? The future can always be changed.
-
Pierce: Not mine, sadly. In three to five months, I will die. Before that, I'll marry my fiance, and.. Yeah. *sad smile* There's no changing that.
-
Sri: Unless we can find a way to make one overpower the other before then. I'm gonna be on my way to being a big mama again, but that doesn't mean I won't try to help.
-
Pierce: ..There's no cure, I already know that. It's pointless to waste time looking.
-
Sri: You shouldn't give up so easily.. *frowns, looking away with a sigh* If they're battling inside you, there has to be a way to give in to one side or the other.
