Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique thought. "Most likely because I'm of age to be wed, meaning I will take the crown. Knowing my father, he'd become extremely upset due to his lust for power." She explained.

"Hmm. Understandable. So he would kill his own blood for power? What are your thoughts? Do you want the crown yourself?" Snow asked taking a seat in a chair and looking at her.

Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique shook her head. "I want to be free. To have adventures, to marry whom I choose. But it is my duty to take care of my people, and so I must push those feelings aside "

"Is it all arranged? Your life to then? Maybe you can be free and still gold the crown. There is a chance, is there not? Just, if you do, do take care of the people." Snow said staring to her.

Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique wore a sad smile. "I wish such a chance existed. I'd rather be miserable and have my people happy than the other way around. My people are my family. They are my world."

"There is a chance, Angelique. Always a chance. Your people can be happy, and you as well if you truly want that. You'll find a way to." Snow said smiling a bit. "For now though, we need to keep you alive."

Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique blinked and nodded solemnly. "We need to focus on keeping both of us alive. I'd much rather place my life in Death's hand than risk an innocent's."

"Most focus on keeping you alive, miss. You are, after all, more important. Think of me as a mere guard, I guess. This is my new mission, protecting you with my life." Snow said looking to the ceiling. "Now, do you know of any plan? Maybe an escape to another place to form one?" he asked.

Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique sighed and thought for a moment. "My aunt! She lives in the next kingdom to the north, Keterburg! She hates my father, so we've no need to fear that she will turn on us."

Snow looked down to her. "Good thinking. Keterburg, you say? I have a friend up there as well, she may be willing to join and help protect you. She used to be my teammate, you can say, when we were young." Snow stood to his feet and walked and stared out the window. "Get some rest. We move in a few hours before dawn." -

Angelique nods and lies in one of the two beds, curling up into a tight ball and falling into a deep sleep, completely exhausted. She kept shaking like no tomorrow, and that was obvious. -

Snow walked over to the other bed, laying down on it. He keeps his head turned towards the Dorr mostly in case someone came and his layqma by his side. He watched her as she went into a slaps state, shaking in it and he awaited the time. -
Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique slowly woke a few hours later, sitting up sleepily. She stretched and looked around sleepily, rubbing her eyes.

"Yourw awake now." Snow said standing at the door looking out. "Catch." and he tossed her an Apple he had gotten from a tree nearby outside.

Fandomfreak NewbieAngelique quickly caught it in one hand before smiling. "Thank you." She murmured, taking a bite. She combed her hair with her fingers before groaning and grabbing her spare knife, putting her hair up before going outside and cutting it off.
