Hunter smiled and gave Claire a hug as he regained his heart-beat. "Thank you." he said

Claire looked at him confused. "Whatever for?" She asked softly.

Hunter looked at Claire and smiled. "For everything." he said

Claire smiled. "An eye for an eye, my friend." She murmured, pecking his lips.

Hunter smiled as he blushed a bit. "But, what have I done for you?" he asked, a slight shiver going down his spine.

"You've saved me from myself. You've helped me find a reason to live... you." Claire responded, her cheeks reddening. "Sorry, that must have sounded so cheesey..."

Hunter smiled and looked at Claire. "Nothing you say ever sounds..cheesy." he said, smiling. "You are wonderful." he said.

Claire blushed and smiled slightly. "You always know what to say to a woman, Little boy." She teased, kissing his cheek.

"I do?" he said, a bit suprised. Hunter cheeks heated up from the kiss.

Claire nodded. "You've never upset me, have you?" She asked, smiling.

"No, not that I can think of." he said, a smirk on his face as he stood up and looked at Claire.

Claire smiled. "Exactly." She lied her head on his chest gently. "Just... promise me something..."

Hunter looked at Claire. "Hmm...what is it?" he said, his tone light and swift.

Claire looked up at him. "No more secrets, okay?" She forced a smile.
