C1 is a young guy/girl who witness their family's death in front of them, by a mysterious organization called "the Wind". Not to soon after they meet C2 (male, leader of the group), C3 (female, kind a future love interest for C2)and C4(guy or girl), a group called the Ghosts. C1 joins the Ghosts on a fight against the Wind, but soon they learn dark secrets from both sides of the organizations.
