" Ready?" Laurence aksed coursing down into a running position.

Laurence nodded before he set off running at a medium mis of superspeed and natural speed.

Galian growled and he sped up

Laurence went at top speed as Galian over took him.

Galian started slowing down, running out of stamina

Laurence smirked slightly before he tripped and fell over a tree branch launching him self into the air and landing on the ground iwth a loud thud.

Galian walked over to him and sniffed him

Laurence groaned slighlty as he had broken his right leg and right arm.
