Soon C2 joins the picture, as they're the newest detective in the department. C1 seems to be ticked off by the appearance of another imbocile to spoil their fun, so they decide to shake things up a bit.

Bio: When Felix was about 7, his parents had gotten divorced. His mother, known as Matsuda, had taken him and his siblings, and moved to Tokyo, Japan, for a bit. After awhile, they began traveling the world, going from country-to-country in search of 'adventure', as they'd say. On one of these trips, he met a guy. His name was Ben. After getting to know eachother, Felix found out that Ben was going to have his legs amputated since he no longer has control over them. Felix soon had to leave, because his cousin, Jin, was found dead. The cause of death? A blow to the head by a bloody hammer. Specifically Felixs' hammer. He was found Guilty of murder, but his brother had rescued him before they even had the chance to lock him in a cell. He's been arrested several times after that, only to get bailed out by his big brother. He started his crime spree to get revenge, because he clearly was framed, right?
