Crimson smiled as he looked at the clock and he sat down to wait, humming softly

Crimson jumped up" finally" he said with a grin

The_Mangled NewbieSkyla grabbed Crimson's hand and led him to the stage. The base player, the fiddle player, and the piano player were all ready. Skyla got ready as the man outside the curtains on the stage announced the band. The curtains opened as Skyla started playing a melody

Crimson smiled slightly and started singing

The_Mangled NewbieThe piano player joined in on the melody once the singing began. When the chorus came the base came in. The instrumental between the chorus and the next verse was done entirely by the fiddle player

The_Mangled NewbieSkyla heard the roar from the crowd of fans of Crimson as she looked down at her guitar and played. Skyla closed her eyes and blocked out all other noises. All she could hear was her guitar playing the melody that was certainly a favorite of hers. Skyla grinned still having her eyes closed.

The_Mangled NewbieSuddenly something shined through Skyla's closed eyes. Skyla opened her eyes to see Crimson smiling at her. Skyla then ended the song with a peaceful stroke of the strings

Crimson sighed as the curtains shut and mentally prayed that no fans would get past the bouncers this time

The_Mangled NewbieSkla heard a fan kick one of the bouncers in the face outside the curtains. Skla saw a fangirl push away the curtains as she came in with a 5th grade singing trophy. "SIGN MY TROPHY CRIMSON!" she demanded. Skyla got up and stepped in front of Crimson. "Back off!" She said as she kicked the fan through the curtains and onto the floor."lets go Crim" she said grabbing Crimson's hand and leading him backstage.
