  C1 is a worker of the colonies, a place far different then the capitol. He is a lonely, orphaned son of farmer until one day, soilders come into town, looking for recruits. Without thinking, he volunteers.
  C2 (meh) lives in the capitol where things are far from ordinary. Instead of soilders coming into town, the leader of the capitol, her Father, picks people he finds legible and brainwashes' them before throwing them in the battle field.
  One day, C1 is in the Capitol undercover when C2 bumps into him. She instantly almost blows his cover. He knows exactly who she is and everything about her. Though his mission was to kidnap her, he forgets and the two fall completely head over heels for each other. Will their relationship work or will this war tear them apart?

  sorry I'm just not entirely sure?? So he volunteers for something unrelated to the leader's selections, goes in undercover to kidnap her? And I'm assuming that you want something to happen with him and the brainwashing.

  C1 is in the colonies and volunteers to become a soilder. He's then put undercover and gets sent to the Capitol. His mission is to kidnap C2 but instead he falls in love with her, and she with him. Later on in the soap it's the girl who gets brainwashed into forgetting C1 and accidentally gets thrown into battle, C1 risks his life to get her back.
