( it's quite late for me so I will jsut for now only post taulies point of VEIW just so it doesn't come out like a peice of garbage )
Taulie looked at the girl , she didn't seem evil she turned to see her two "sisters" messing around " would you two knock that of " she hissed quietly they stoped what they were doing but started mocking her .
She turned back around she didn't really care what the girl did or who she was unless she hurt one or both of her sisters then Taulie would take actions
She didn't see the point on judging someone on apperence and heritage alone why not judge what was on side .
Well now she realised she was talking like some nambsy pansy Demeter daughter .
" ugh I have to stop thinking like that " she said loudly out loud beofre snapping a hand over her mouth -
Lol, its okay)
Aella grinned to the audience blinking at her, now silent. "Yes, I hope they don't judge me for my parents." She muttered, rolling her eyes.
"Everyone may go back to their activities. Oh, will someone teach her how to fight?" Chiron yelled into the crowd. Aella looked over her shoulder to the blade slung behind her. Ah, the silver blade. It didn't have a name just yet, mainly because she had yet to sheath it. Aella, to be honest, was entirely afraid to sheath the blade. Her mom had warned her about its power, after all.
"Oh, Taulie, how about you give her a tour and such? Get her started, help her make friends?" Chiron "suggested" but it was obviously more of an order than a question. Aella looked to the ground, not bothering to make eye contact with the silent camp.
Nicolaus smiled, looking back at his Stygian Iron double bladed scythe. His mother said it was a gift from Hades to him, as he would need it to reap what he sowed, whatever that meant. Nicolaus had only used it twice before. Honestly, he was afraid of the powers of the scythe. It was powerful, and many monsters feared it for it's power. The scythe was long, too, four feet long with a dark, dark aura. Just having it sheathed darkened the world around it's mood. Nicolaus was no child of Hades, he was a child of a Fury. He was not meant to have such a dark blade, but, regardless, it was his. It was a gift. No one was brave enough to decline a gift from Hades, after all. -
" sure I was getting bored of ditching activities " she said narrowly missing being hit with Olivia's whip " Hey will you watch where you aim that " she yelled at her sister who shrugged with a sheepish grin
" Taulie make sure you're back so we can go to the secret place " Lariuie said to her quietly
Taulie looked up at the girl with a grin folding her arms not trying to be rude just trying to be firm as she always was .
The truth was Tualie never ditched activities she just didn't want her " sisters " to think she was weak. -
Aella looked to the girl who responded, tilting her head and scanning her with her deep blue eyes. She blinked a few times, thinking to herself that the girl looked like trouble. Aella, She told herself, Dont judge people by what they look like or who their parents are, you dont want them to do the same to you. Ever since she was a baby, Aella was trained to be the bigger person, per say. She was trained to be more legendary than her parents, more powerful than the demigods here. The silver haired girl was told she was more beautiful than any mortal or demi god that walked the earth, that her beauty was a true gift from the goddess Aphrodite herself. But mom.. She had asked, Why would Aphrodite take time and put her beauty into trouble like me?
Maybe she saw something in you, just like I do. The spider woman had responded to her.
Nicolaus, however, did connect with such a dark blade. It resembled the path he was supposed to lead in live, avenging the murdered. And honestly, he accepted it fully. Seeing someone be murdered and taken by the cruel fate that they had- it irked him. He was definitely an enemy of the Fates- Had they no mercy? They recklessly took and gave life like it was some sort of worthless game. And to the all powerful ladies- it probably was. He knew he had his own fate, and he was living it with joy. He was glad to take up his role as an avenger of the killed and murdered- it was something, although slightly evil, Nicolaus enjoyed doing. -
Taulie then just stood there as if she was in a conversation with someone, but judging by what usually was in her mind she was.
Ever since she was born she was different in ways that normal demigods weren't.
she had voices n her head , these voices took the forms of humanoid creatures they took names.
She always had to hide who she was in side lest they discover what she was. -
Aella swallowed her pride, striding over to the black haired girl. Her eyes were strong and frightening, just like steel. However, she knew not to let anyone intimidate her by their looks. No matter how strong or how weak, Aella had the powers of a titan. She was Kronoss daughter, after all. Although being the daughter of the black-hearted titan was exceptionally painful and terrible, it did have its virtues. Few demigod children were born of titans, and she was the only one she knew of that was the daughter of Kronos.
(Plot twist theres another haha)
Nicolaus stood, walking over to the archery activity station. The sons of Apollo- and the single daughter of Artemis worked hard at it. Awkwardly, he questioned his friend- erm, acquaintance, Devin on how to improve his shooting. Oh, come here, stupid. Ill teach you. Devin the Devil- she was a beautiful blonde girl- the head of the Apollo cabin, with lots of freckles and bright green eyes. Her name came from her aggression in chariot sports, archery and capture the flag. -
" Hey Aella was it ?" She asked " Well If I got that wrong sorry , I'm Taulie daughter of enyo welcome to camp , don't let any of these bug- she started but a leaving galre by her two " sisters " as they left "' extremely sensitive campers " she corrected with a sigh " give you any trouble , but I don't think I need to worry , you seem to be strong without being a complete ass hole , if they give you may trouble it's best to jsut tune them out that way you'll stay out of trouble with chiron "
" gives the gods less chances to pick on you " she smiled -
"Yes, Aella. After the Amazon. Why my mother and father named me after a Roman, beats me." Aella was one of the people who knew about both of the camps- her mom was quite aware of her surroundings. Although she had a Roman name, she was raised purely Greek. Her mother thought that with a Roman name- especially of an Amazon princess, she would be able to be a fighter, and not be reliant on anyone. She hoped she could live up to those wishes- although she did not agree with her parent's reasoning. "They seem awfully bothered by my welcoming." Aella muttered about the campers.
-
" Yeah , there just being shallow minded idiots gove it some time and most of them will warm up to you , well hopefully " Taulie shrugged " Sometimes parents feel the need to pick uniqe names for their kids , I guess naming their kid after a Roman is their way of doing that " she smiled slighlty " I think mine is just a random mix up of names beginning with T "
( haven't been able to get on because of a problem in real life so I apologise ) -
"I don't know. Really. My mom never was overly..smart. She was very arrogant. Beautiful, though. Athena wronged her, but she had it coming. It's complex." Aella admitted, sighing. She looked at her feet. "Anyways, what's with everything here? Can you explain how this "camp" thing works?" 'Gosh, I hate being new. I knew this place existed but never understood it. My mom said I could get really strong here.' She thought to herself.
-
" well here is somewhat a safe haven for demigods though as you can see it's very easy to be outcasted with basicly Chiron as your only protection , But we learn to use weapons , control demigod abilites if we have them kind of like the Xavior institute but less cool , you probaly already were aware but you can go on quests and things like that " Taulie explained the best that she could.
-
"I see." Aella stated, looking around. "That's interesting. When was the last quest and what was it?" Aella was curious. She already was motivated to be loyal to this camp and train to become stronger. Aella's hair shimmered, matching her lit up, passionate eyes. The sun was nice and warm, dawning on the entire camp. Aella found it beautiful. Campers trained hard, and a few times it looked like they were going to kill each other. Aella looked down at her double bladed sword, which was kept sheathed until she needed it. She was okay with her sword, but to Aella using it felt a little awkward. She hoped this camp would fix that for her. She wanted to become a great fighter, and not be reliant on her powers.
