Carissa heard the door open, and then close and footsteps on the hardwood floor. Her ears moved in the direction of the sound and she looked around the corner. "Katie, That you?" She called -
"Yeah mom" Katherine answered her mother as she went to her room.she then twitched her ears as she tilted her head slightly.she then went back to her mother before smiling.she ruffled her tail as she sat down on the couch.

Carissa smiled at her daughter, as she cut up some fruit. "How was school?" she asked, looking up at Katie for a moment.

"It was good and few students wanted me to sing at school" Katherine said as she wagged her tail.she then looked at her guitar as she wanted to play it so badly.

Carissa looked up at her and chuckleed, seeing her daughter staring at her guitar. "Go on, Uswidi. I love hearing you play" she said, calling her daughter by her nickname.

Katherine grabbed her guitar and began to record herself playing.she then began to sing as a grin stretched across her face.she then flicked her ear as she sung.

Carissa smiled as she put the cut up stawberrys and kiwis in a blender with some ice, but didn't turn it on. She waited sat down and listened to her dauhter, grinning proudly.

Carissa smiled as she listened, her ears moving towards the sound of Katie's voice. She leaned against the counter, crossing her arms.
