"As long as I stay hidden I'll be fine" Lauren said as she looked down at the ground. Damn, seriously I just want this to end, I want to be a regular person not a Rose Lauren thought. She sighed as she lifted her head. She stared straight ahead listening carefully to the most delicate sound.

Amari noticed Lauren looking at the ground. She recognized the expression Lauren wore on her face and frowned, but kept silent. They finaly arrived at a lake with a large waterfall way in the back. "Okay, well not a stream but good enough" she said with a chuckle.

"Yup" Lauren said as she rushed over to the lake. She sat on her knees and cupped her hands. Lauren placed her hand into the lake and water covered her hands. Lauren then took her hands out splashing her face with water. "So refreshing" Lauren whispered softly. After a long run this could boast up Lauren's energy.

Amari chuckled a little at her. She took off her hunting jacket and shirt, so she was just in her under shirt and shorts and put her weapons down. She ran and jumped into the lake, laughing.

Lauren laughed at Amari and smiled. "You'll be cold when you get out" Lauren said taking off her shoes. She show her bare feet and placed them into the cold water.

Amari came up from the water. "Totally, worth it" she said smiling. She splashed Lauren and laughed, going back under the water.

Lauren chuckled softly as she wiped the dripping drops or water. Lauren looked up at the cloudy sky with a smile. It's been rather relaxing, I'm surprised no one bad come to look for me here Lauren thought as she suddenly heard footsteps. "Oh no" Lauren said as she suddenly got into the lake with out hesitation. Staying near the edge of where the lake is she waited patiently for the footsteps to go off to the distance.

Amari had already heard the footsteps and was right behind Lauren. She put a hand over the others mouth and so she didn't yelp when Amari grabbed her, and pulled her under the lake's dock, obseured from view.

Lauren swam up to take a breath. She had pulled Amari up with her. "What are you doing? You nearly gave me a heart attack" Lauren whispered under her breath. Lauren let out a sigh of relief glad it was Amari and not someone else.

"If they walked by they would have seen you" she whispered back, not realizing she still had her arms around Lauren. She looked around, trying not to splash in the water. She listened formore footsteps.

Lauren blushed a bit at realizing Amari still had her arms around her. She didn't move or struggled to get out of her arms. Soon the footsteps disappeared off into the distance.
