I was thinking something Zombie.
Japan is a big country. It has a lot of people and a lot of creepy people. A group of normal kids are taken and used as experiments. The plan to make them stronger and more powerful worked. The kids just want a normal life. The kids are changed differently. Very different. They are either a Cat, wolf, bird, Mixed gender, A Demon, or a Angel hybrid.
The Japanese decides to let out the drug into stores and watch the sales rise. The kid's are taken to the government of Japan and used as weapons. The kids are able to go and visit there family, but they must return.
The drug ends up turning bad and everyone who took it is infected, except the kids. The kids are let go, because everyone is busy with the big problem. The government starts believing if they kill the kids they could save the world. Will the kids live? Or will the infected kill them? -
