Sure. You just have to have decent Grammar. (I don't always have the best.)

Decent as in actually spelling out words like they are suppose to and not slang words I'm guessing.

Yes. I also like Paragraph long Rp post. I can certainly deal with grammar like forgetting a Coma, but nothing like Gr8 or lol.

Okay how about?
A young girl lives in a big city known as Los Angeles, she is starting her junior year at the brand new school due to her mother getting a job offer in Ridgeview. Ridgeview is a small town with the population of 800 people. She soon meets a mysterious boy who is known as an outsider at Ridgeview High School, he is very handsome and has a secret which nobody knows. Will she be able to adjust to a small town with fewer people, and this mysterious boy. -
