"Thank you for today, even if you kissed Lucy." Avery said as she looked at Shade.

"Welcome and I will do anything for you" Shade said as he smiled.

"Even if it means kissing Lucy?" Avery asked.

"Minus that....." Shade said as he sighed.

She smiled. "It's okay, you had to do what you had to do." Avery said.

Shade smiled.

She stood up and laid back on the bed.

Shade layed beside her.

Avery rested her head on his chest and wrapped her arm around his waist.

Shade closed his eyes.

Avery closed her eyes and covered them with the sheets.

Shade ran his fingers through her hair.

Avery soon fell asleep.
