Zoe opened her eyes and quickly shut them and acted like she was sleeping.

"You didn't see s--- misses." She said in a sleepy voice.

Kyla chuckled slightly.
"Alright" -
"...I'm sorry." She buried her face onto her chest.

Kyla ran her fingers through Zoe's hair -
"No, it's not ok, I push you away because I can't believe any of this...I don't want you to waste your time on me."

"You're not a waste of time, Zoe. Who stuck by me when I lost them? You. No one else. I love you Zoe, and I have for a long time. Not telling you for all those years, that was wasting my time."

"Years?I would've...never thought that...years...wow." He felt her voice crack but this time it wasn't because of her medical condition.
