Jade slowly layed back down before catching a glimpse of his stomach. Her eyes quickly darted away, her cheeks gaining a small blush. Get a hold of yourself. You deal with mostly men on a daily basis. "I think you should know two things, Dante."

"I'm listening" was the words came out of his mouth while he was messing with herbs hoping he remembered his things right.

She closed her eyes and thought for a moment before speaking. "I know the herbs won't cure me, So we'll need to find a warlock." She took a slow, deep breath. "I am also the leader of the rebellion. If I die, there will be consequences. The men would find out if I died, and they would blame my death on you. So, in order to keep you safe, I give you permission to take my place. Again, that is if I die." She opened her eyes to look up at him, to see his response.

At first he was amazed than scared but at the end he was fixed on feeling determinded.
"First of all I know the herbs won't help however it wil slow down the poison and secondly you're gonna be fine so no need for permissions." -
(okay so I was thinking, I want her to be wearing a fighting suit thing like this under the cloak you know so she can be cool and s---)
She closed her eyes again, and softly chuckled. "Okay. Are those herbs almost ready?" -

"Yes, hold this on your face."
He gave the herb coated clothings to her.
"You know any warlocks?" -

She took the cloth, laying it over the gash, then applying a little pressure. "There was one at the headquarters, but that's to far. It would take hours. About four to six. Although, I do recall a small which shop somewhere on the outskirts of the village. Have you heard of it, Maybelle's? -

"Then we don't have many options. If I tried walking, I'd probably wouldn't last more than a mile, maybe even less." She looked around. "We don't have any horses, so there goes that idea." Her cheek felt numb now, the sensation of burning gone.

"I think I can walk.. Maybe. Anyways, now that I think of it, if we go into town people will wonder what you're doing, carrying a girl into Maybelle's." She sat up slowly, feeling stiff. "And it's not like the journey to the headquarters is dangerous, at least not when I go."

''That wound is bad right now but if we take our time going to this base of yours it might become lethal, I can find a cloak or something to hide who I am.'' -
"Okay, so maybe just buy one on our way to town? But I suggest leaving me somewhere where they won't see me. I'll draw too much attention, and people will get suspicious." She fidgited at the hem of her sleeve.

He started to walk towards the town.
