"... You don't know," I said, then sighed. "I knew it.." I said under my breath.

Clara tilted her head "you knew what?"

"You're a freakin psycho," I said, the words spilling out of my mouth. I knew I would regret it, but she's from out of town, I probably never see her again. "New person shows up to a small village-town, and kills everyone."

Clara glared at him, her personality switching "I'm not w psycho" she snapped

I chuckle slightly before glaring at her again. "Oh yeah? Well prove it."

Clara suddenly punched him in the face, knocking him down

"ffuu.." I moaned in pain, massaging the right side of my jaw. I felt a warm substance in my mouth- my blood. "You really are a psycho, ain't cha?" I said, slowly backing up from the ground.

After I got up, I somehow deemed it safe to be near the girl. Relaxing against a tree by the road, I got out a cigarette and lit one up. "You smoke?" I asked her.

Clara crossed her arms "no."

I shrugged, putting the pack away. Looking at the sunrise, I blew out smoke. "So, your personality did a 180 there. You a DID person or what?"

Clara noded "yeah, sorry for punching you"

"Sure," I said, looking at the girl. "So, yeah, you are, or yeah, you aren't?"

Yeah, I am" she said

"Ya know, I was thinking of running away from here," I suddenly said. I didn't know where I was going with this, nor cared. I just needed to talk. "Where are you headed?"
