ahh vietnam era music is good stuff)
Lovino blushed and jumped, not having noticed Antonio get out of the car. "I don't know, I just came for the food." he muttered quickly, feeling his blush darken. "Do you...er, want it to be?" he asked after a moment, crossing his arms and trying to look disinterested as he stepped closer to the restaurant. -
omg i know riight :D
Oh and btw I found those soaps from a while ago that we were doing, the circus spamano one and the one with the two hybrids about to get adopted by lesbians, would you want to continue either of them?))
Antonio watched Lovino's conflicting body language- he was blushing, but he had his arms crossed and he wasn't looking at him. So... He couldn't really tell if Lovino wanted it to be one or not. "If you do, yeah!" -
ahhh yes omg if you could bump them that would be great I'd love to :3)
Lovino hesitated. Up until this morning, he'd been very convinced that he was only interested in girls. Was he really ready to go on a date with Antonio already? Well, he'd already kissed him, and they'd been dangerously close to going further, so he supposed one lunch wouldn't hurt. Lovino nodded, mumbling a quiet "Yeah." -
omg yaay awesome bc i loved those~ cx))
Antonio smiled widely, kind of excited out of his mind. "Okay," he chirped, trying to contain himself at least a little bit. He knew how hesitant Lovino had been this morning, so he shouldn't put too much pressure on him. -
okie I replied to the other ones :3)
Lovino glanced around the restaurant, pretending he hadn't seen the excitement in Antonio's eyes. Lovino knew he was stubborn and rude, so there was no way Antonio was excited aboit going on a date with him. He was probably just hungry. Lovino sighed softly, wishing he wasn't so naturally short-tempered. -

(Oh crap i forgot this one :P too many cx)
Antonio was bouncing with happiness the whole way in, and when they got inside, he greeted the waitress with a smile and asked for a table for two. They were led to a tall circular table, with two tall stools on either side. Antonio sat down on one of them, and smiled at Lovino. -
it's fine, I lose track of soaps all the time ^^')
Lovino noticed that the waitress was staring at him the whole time, and when he raised a curious eyebrow she simply smirked and looked away. He wondered what she could possibly have noticed, until he realized that all the hickeys on his neck were still clearly visible. He blushed bright red and stared down at a menu, hoping to distract himself from the embarrassment. -
Antonio didn't notice the waitress' staring, only focused on the menu in front of him. He wanted to try something new, so he was looking at the mushroom swiss grilled cheese, but then remembered they were supposed to order drinks first. "Oh! I'll have a vanilla milkshake, please, and Lovi..?"
-
"I-I'll have the same," he answered hurriedly, watching the waitress giggle one last time before scurrying off to get the milkshakes. Lovino glanced almost shyly across the table at Antonio, absentmindedly running his fingers over his neck, feeling the heat of a blush in his cheeks.
-
Antonio was looking over the menu, but happened to glance up at Lovino and met eyes with him. He smiled, then watched where Lovino's fingers traced, and couldn't help but giggle a little. "Maybe a turtleneck, next time."
-
"Yeah, or maybe you could control yourself a little next time." he mumbled back, though there was no real bite behind the words. Lovino blushed darker when their eyes met, still not used to having such vibrant green directed at him. He still couldn't quite believe that anyone would actually want to date him, so he pursed his lips and eyed Antonio, trying to figure out any ulterior motive the Spaniard might have.
-
"You're just-- you've got such soft skin, Lovi, I couldn't resist," Antonio giggled, setting his elbow on the table and his chin in his hand. "What do you think you'll have?"
-
"Hm? Oh, um..." Lovino was surprised at just how much he secretly enjoyed Antonio's giggle, and wondered curiously what his laugh sounded like. Wait, why did he care? He silently scolded himself, and went back to trying to figure out what Antonio had to gain by dating him. "I-I'm not sure...any suggestions?" he asked, offering a tiny smile. It was out of character, but in all honesty Lovino liked Antonio a lot, and he wanted Antonio to like him too, before he realized how awful Lovino was. Suddenly feeling rather dejected, Lovino half-hid behind the menu again, frustrated with himself for being such an undateable person and frustrated with Antonio for being too nice (or maybe too stupid) to notice.
-
Antonio was a little elated when he saw Lovino smile, because he'd never seen him do it before, not even when they were acting. He almost forgot to reply to him, but after a second he blinked back to attention and looked down at his menu. "Ah, well, I really like the classic grilled cheese, but I think I'm going to try the mushroom. The mac and cheese one is good, too."
