In 2020, the city of Sotirod was attacked by something unknown. Now, present day, 2028, The city is rebuilt. But two men, retired CIA agents still investigate the city that is now rubble. They soon begin to figure out the secrets the city left behind, leading to who or what caused the city to fall.
