Ellena was left alone by the gaurds and she went up and got her food
when she thought no body was looking she chaged the grull into soup with her reality warping powers -

( not really you guys but rember shs insanity so she doesn't actually think its happening but it is to some level they are aware but you wouldn't be able to do your main abily ( for me illsuoins ) kat cant smash bones just yet there name gives them power she has discovered it but not fully)
