(Who Addison no holy s---)
Zayn noticed the odd way the neko was sitting but didn't question it. He took a small bite of a piece of garlic bread, chewing slowly. "If you don't like anything they serve, feel free to leave it and just wait until the next course comes out. There's a total of four," He said as he finished off the garlic bread, looking at Addison. "How was your day, Addison?" Addison gave him a warm smile. "It was okay, got a lot of work done, read in the library some and talked to Linda about a new dress for the servants." Zayn nodded as she talked, taking a sip of water. -
He took a slice of the bread to not seem rude, buttering it and then taking a small bite. Adrian needed to watch the others to see how they acted around this man for later on. He wasn't used to eating at the table unless there was company to marvel at the strange creature. His tail slapped the side of the chair lazily.

Addison turned her head to look at the neko, giving him a warm smile as well. "So how long were you at the auction house before Mr.Christian got you, if you don't mind me asking?" She said sweetly, taking a bite out of her buttered bread as the servants came out with the next course. They set down a bowl in front of each person, filled with French Onion Soup and a side salad.

"A day, I think. Maybe two. It's hard to tell in there. He's my ninth owner, so far." Adrian realized that it was very possible that his owner was vegetarian. While he didn't display his panic, the thought made him uncomfortable. He needed to eat meat. "I think I was the only one of my kind there, too. It was entirely humans, that I know of."

After having a spoonful of soup, Lucifer looked up at Adrian. "You look like a cat, how come you can talk? Cats can't talk, right Daddy?" Zayn stiffened a little when he heard his son call him his father in front of the neko but shook his head. "No,Lucifer,cats can't in anyway talk. He's special, something called a neko," he explained, eating some of his salad. "I'm sure Adrian can explain a bit more about it to you later. For now, eat." Addison finished off her food rather quickly, now sipping her water. "I've never seen an actual neko before you, actually. I've heard of them and how sweet they are."

Adrian looked at his owner in surprised confusion when the boy called him "Daddy." How old could the man be if he had a son already? He ate slowly and with proper manners, but froze when Addison spoke. So he was a novelty again? Great. At least he had the routine down. "Some are, some aren't. We're just as complex as humans, Miss." He gave her a polite smile, trying to hide the annoyance at becoming an oddity once again.
