Bio: A blacksmith-in-training who wanted nothing to do with the hunger games, content with his usual life. Well, until his brother died the year before. When he wasn't the first tribute picked the year after his brother's death, he volunteered as soon as he could.

Still was nervous about who would be pick, she fell to her knees when her name was called -
Ira was staring shyly at the speaker on stage. She didn't know why she was afraid, there was no way her name was going to be called upon thousands and thousands of-"ira Herrington." The lady spoke. Ira looked at her like:

Nia watched the lady pull the females names out first
"Nia Heart" the capitol lady announced The 12 year olds Heart bet loudly she saw her 14 year old sister about to move but she ran up to the stage giving her no chance to volunteer her mother needed her eldest sisters support more than what support Nia her self could give
( Can I make the district 11 male as well if they have not already been made) -
"Jamie," The man on stage said. Yandel glared at the older male as he walked on stage. "Any volunteers?" The spokesperson asked.
Before anyone could reply, Yandel shouted, "I volunteer!"
Jamie glared at Yandel as he walked off stage, as the fifteen-year-old walked on.
"Well," The spokesman said, clapping his hands. "Seems that we're finished with the reaping." -

The spokesperson stood on stage as everyone gathered around. "Alice Rose." he said. "Any volunteers?" he asked. Drayven could feel the ripple of uneasiness in the crowd. "I volunteer!" she shouted as all eyes watched her as her sister walked off of the stage. She smiled at her sister and walked up as they called the male from the reaping pot. -
Ira walked on the stage uneasily. She saw a few close friends and family members holding up their hand with three fingers, a sign meaning something like we will miss you when you die.
(Puppet, no. You always make too many characters and the other tributes we don't have will not need a character sheet.
What's with all the volunteers!? Everyone is just volunteering like almost a lot of people do it. It said barely anyone EVER volunteers! But whatever, sure.) -
only one volunteered that's not something district one would do its more 12 11 and ten and districts like one and two usually have volunteers it states that)
