For eons, Heaven and Hell have waged a never ending war on one another, fighting for dominion over the entirety of Creation. The turnout was always the same; Neither side won, but both sides always lost. Living beings, both good and evil, were slaughtered without a second thought, only knowing what they believed to be 'right'.
But among the masses, there had been two that were tired of the war and desired to escape it. One an angel, one a demon. They joined together to create a world for themselves and other rebels, one hidden from the Heavens and Hell. As well as creating a new form of life; The nephalem. Beings born of Angel and Demon, and more powerful than both kinds.
All seemed well in their personal realm, until the rebels began to fear the power of their offspring, worried they may attract the attention of Heaven and Hell. Thus, the first demon, seeking to use the nephalem for her own gain, went through with her own plans for the realm and went on a frenzy to slaughter all other angels and demons, minus her lover, whom greatly disagreed with her actions. Of course, the angel wasn't perfect either. He wanted the nephalem to worship him and him alone. This caused the angel to alter the Worldstone so that future nephalem would no longer have power equal to or greater than his own.
When the world's presence became known to the Heavens and Hell, the Lords of Hell tried to convince the nephalem to join them. The angel then formed his own religion, dividing the land. The Angels of the Heavens sought to exterminate the entire species, but voted against it seeing as the nephalem were weakened to mere mortals and wiped of their memories of their origin. Both sides wanted to see how these mortals fared.
Now, millennia after the creation of the land, these humans live and thrive, unknowing of their true history. Mere weak humans, living day by day. Until a select few discovered their differences from others. They were stronger and saw things that normal humans didn't. And they would find out exactly what they were, where they came from, and what happened to their ancestry.
Their presence did not go unnoticed however. The Evils of Hell took notice to this awakened power and were willing to do anything to get their hands on it. More so, they would get that power through force if truly necessary. Meanwhile, the Angels didn't turn a blind eye to the plans of the dark ones and intended to either destroy these awakened nephalem or convince them to fight against the dark forces of evil.
Child born of Angel and Demon, what choices will you make, and which side will you choose?

Classes include, but are not limited to:
Barbarian: Brute strength, tank
Crusader/Knight/Templar: Usually religious warriors that fight to exterminate evil
Wizard/Witch/Enchanter(Enchantress for Female): Use the powers of elemental magic
Demon Hunter: Ranged fighter that manipulates shadows to stalk 'prey'
Assassin: Similar to demon hunter, only melee instead of ranged
Monk: A holy warrior that cripples enemies with precision blows, potential healer, very fast
Witchdoctor/Necromancer: Manipulates life and death, spirits

Umm could someone make a character, I'd like an example to go off of...

Name: Mavis Tinuviel
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Class: Demon Hunter
Sexuality: Undetermined
Personality: Very straight-forward, coming across as emotionless when he simply understands, he prefers to be to himself but doesn't deny if someone wants to be in his company
Short bio: Mavis's main reason for travelling is to discover who murdered his family when he was young. A mission of vengeance, whether he finds the killer to be an angel, demon, or human, it matters not to him. He intends to make them pay. But during his travels, Mavis would never turn down those in dire need of help, as he believes in the safety of innocents.
Abilities: Can draw in the power of shadows to heal when he hits an enemy, summon up to one companion (an animal made of shadows) to fight by his side, and can fire a barrage of arrows into the sky to fall on enemies.
Weaknesses and strengths: As he's ranged, he has keep a distance from his enemies or things could get dangerous for him, he's not the biggest person and will easily be injured if struck in battle, he's only able to summon one companion at a time, and his barrage takes a lot of energy as well ass taking a long time to use it again.
Other: Carries two small crossbows for weapons.

Well for me, seeing as I based it off the games, I used abilities from that class. Depending on your class, I'll be glad to assist you with a list of possible choices. Or if you like being imaginative or more original, feel free to create abilities of your own.

Umm.. In short it creates several after-images of the persons body through a varying cadence of steps.
