Sam stopped and put the plate up. He headed for the door" ill start now." He said as he walked out the door.

Selena nodded and went towards the kitchen. She grabbed Sam's plate and walked towards the sink. She turned on the faucet. Selena stared at the running water. Selena placed her hand under the water. The water splashed on her hand but she felt nothing. Selena then began washing Sam's dirty dish.

Sam a walked down the road to his neighbor's house. He knocked 3 times on the door and took1 step bback as he waited.

Inside the house were chatter but until the door knocked everything went quiet. Someone apporached the door and cleared their throat. "Who is it?" a female voice said trying to sound cheerful.

" I'm Sam, I live next door to you." Sam responded so they could hear him.

"Um, we're busy c-can y-you s-stop b-by a-another t-time?" the female voice said shaking.

" Are you okay in there? You seem to be stuttering a bit." Sam asked.

"I'm fine" the female said nervously. "Um, may you go before the evil spirit enters our home!" the female voice said a bit angered.

Sam left the house" evil spirit?" He said as he went to his other neighbors house and knocked.

The other neighbors were scared and didn't answer the door. Selena finished washing Sam's plate and placed it aside to let it dry. She floated over to the window wondering if the neighbors spoke with him.

Since no one answered Sam headed back home to the house. " why she say evil spirit?" Sam thought as he centered.

Selena floated over to Sam once he entered the house. "What did they say?" Selena asked curiously. -
Sam walked near Selena" The first said you were an evil spirit. The others did not answer so I left after a while." Sam said looking at her.

"An evil spirit?" Selena said frowni. She bit her bottom lip trying to fight back tears. "I'm not evil am I?" Selena asked Sam hoping it wasn't true. She really wasn't evil she just hated happiness.

" No, I haven't seen you do anything evil. Not much." Sam said trying reassure her.
