"Pretty good,yours?" Midnight said as she took another sip of her water.

care_bear19 NoviceCassidy froze slightly "Uh, normal I guess" she said forcing a smile. She nodded at Midnight's drumsticks. "You play?"

"Yep" Midnight putting her drumsticks in her pocket.

care_bear19 Novice"That's pretty cool. I'm terrible with instruments" she said shaking her head.

Midnight chuckled lightly.

care_bear19 Novice"I'm not kidding, when i was younger I tried to learn Violin and I just screeched the whole time" she said laughing slightly. "Instruments aren't my thing. I like dance, I like feeling the music in my bones and moving my body to it." she said as her eyes glowed and sparkled.

"Maybe I can play the music and you can dance to it" Midnight said as she smiled.

care_bear19 NoviceCassidy smiled. "Agreed" A woman suddenly burst through the door.
"Cassidy!!" the woman yelled. Cassidy paled as she looked up. "Ohhh. I see what's going on here" the woman said as she walked over and scowled at Midnight. Cassidy stood up and got in front of her mother. "Mom what are you doing here?"
Darla came over. "Ma'am. You need to leave now" she said
Cassidy's mom smirked. "Are you gonna make me?"
"Mom! Stop it. Let's just go." Cassidy said.
"Fine. Meet me in the car." She scowled at Midnight again. "You've got a whole lot of explaining to do." She said to Cassidy as she walked outside. Cassidy sighed.
"I'm so sorry." she said to Midnight as a tear rolled down her cheek and she grabbed her stuff and rushed off. -
Midnight blinked before she had murderous look on her face as her eyes glowed dangerously.

care_bear19 NoviceCassidy walked to school the next day with long sleeves and her hat pulled low over her head. She moved her bookbag slightly and winced. Everthing hurt. She had, stupidly, tried to fight back this time. Which only made it worse. She walked into the school and went to her class, sitting down in her seat.

Midnight walked into class while muttering curses under her breath.She then sat down in the back.

care_bear19 NoviceThe teacher then greet everyone. "Okay! Everyone with your partners!" Cassidy froze. She slowly got up and walked to the empty seat next to Midnight looking at the floor, and tried not to wince as she sat down.
