yeah, i made his name "yen" to reflect that, seeing as yen is a type of foreign currency like zennys, dollars, or euros.

I have a feeling that the relationship between Yuki and Yen is going to be similar to the relationship between Akatsuki and Naotsugu from the show... I don't know if you've seen it yet, but Akatsuki is constantly hitting or kicking Naotsugu for acting inappropriately. -
now that you mention it, it does seem that way. X3 id imagine yen always living in fear of yuki and would only make his moves when shes away or when he or she is drunk. i could see her with one of bulmas extremely painful back-handed slaps XD

A Teaching is basically a move that someone creates themselves and it becomes a new skill. The creator is the only one who can use this skill.
A Teaching doesn't have to be powerful or useful in battle. It could be something completely crafting related. It depends on the person.

oh, cool! so, i have an idea, but i dont know if it sounds too OP or not...
demons offering: the user will lose half of their HP and in return have either their attack stat boosted or their defense stat boosted massively, based on which one of the two options he chooses. -
Don't worry about how OP it is. I think that Teachings are meant to be OP.
That sounds cool. Then Himeko can follow up with a heal afterwards. I think it works. And maybe if if the attack stat is boosted then it also boosts the critical chance a bit, and then if the defence stat is boosted that it also boosts evasion a bit?
It's just a suggestion, though. -
i like where your going, although boosted evasion wouldnt help an already non-evasive class.maybe a small boost in effect duration? like for instance, how castle of stone lasts a small amount of time, but demons offering would slightly boost how long it stays up.

And it could extend the duration of any barriers that Himeko must've cast on Yen. Yep, sounds cool!

mm hm. how do you think bosses character is going to fit in the guilds shenanigans?

Well... My guess is that he'll laugh whenever Yuki is either whacking or lecturing Yen... But I'm not too sure how he's going to handle his character. I'm sure that his character will fit in well, though. The guild has a wide variety of personalities, so it'll never be a dull moment.
