Thomas got a text" its Alicia," " I'll continue tomorrow." He texted Alicia " OK finish tomorrow." He turned to yami and Yugi.

yami and yugi both nodded "ok, thanks!" the boys both ran outside and then started walking down the street.

Thomas smiled as he walked down the steps." This has been a good day." As he headed to the sidewalk.

Alice had already went home becuase she had forgotten her medication

Alicia smiled as her father continued to drive. "Hey dad do you think we could adopt a son or daughter, I don't want to be alone" Alicia said smiling. Alicia's father nodded and chuckled. "Let's go to the adoption center right now" Alicia's father said as he made a left turn.

Thomas walked down the street alone listening to victim on his phone. He stopped at a stop sign and looked both ways." Nothing." And he crossed the street.

Alicia and her father soon reached the adoption center. Her father parked in the parking lot and they both exited the car. "I want a older brother!" Alicia said smiling. Her father nodded and he walked towards the center. "Wait here I want to surprise you" Alicia's father said smirking.

Thomas walked home down the road. " I'm hungry" he said so he ran home faster.

Alicia nodded and waited outside. She smiled and began thinking. I wonder if Thomas lives near here that would be awesome Alicia thought.

Thomas ran up to his house and knocked" hello!". No one answered. He turned and sat on the steps waiting for his dad.

Alicia waited and waited. Alicia took out her phone from her bag. She began typing a text message. Hey Thomas what are you doing? Alicia typed with a smile. She then hit sent and waited for ethier a reply or her father.

Thomas felt a vibration from his phone do he grabbed it." Alicia wonder what it is." He read it and replied" I'm waiting for my dad, and sitting on the steps." He hit send and laid on his back.

I'm waiting for my dad at the adoption center I'm getting a big or younger brother, it's strange I never really had a sibling I hope this would give me a new start with better moments than the ones when we were younger Alicia typed as her smile disappeared. She could feel the tears fill her eyes. "A loner I had been and look at me now" Alicia whispered to herself. She then hit sent and sighed.

Thomas got another text he typed"you'll have a chance to help another's life get better. Treat them well Alicia. You've got a chance to get what I never had." He smiled and hit send as he reminisced about his past" I miss mom "he said to himself as tears fell down his face.
