Olan tried to stop when Landon woke, but it took him a minute to get to where he could talk without stuttering. "I-I.. Samuel was pulled overboard by the.. Storm."

Landon bit down and on his lip, shaking his head. "No. No. That's not possible.T-That's not possible. He's just busy. No." Landon,continued shaking his head.

"I checked the whole ship," He told him, lowering his head. "He's gone, we're off course, the crew is upset, and I don't know what to do."

Landon didn't say anything. There really was nothing to say. He bit down on his lip hard enogh to taste blood, watching the other.

Olan fell silent, holding him close. After a bit, he started rocking, sighing.

Landon closed his eyes and layed his head back down on the older's chest. "Everything will be alright.." He said softly.

The older boy laughed, biting down on his lip. "How do you know that? My brother's dead. We're off course by miles.. I don't know how to handle this, and I don't know what to do, so, tell me, how is everything going to be okay?" -

Landon pursed his lips, thinking, before grinning. Making his voice deeper and doing his best imitation of Olan. "It's not how the dice got rolled, my friend." Even though the situation wasn't the best, he starting going into a fit of giggles at his own imitation of the older. -
Olan gave him a weak smile, tickling his side. "I do not sound like that, jerk," He complained, shoving him off his lap.

Landon was still giggling even after he was pushing off of Olan's lap. He stopping laughing for a second. He did the imitation of the older again. "I do not sound like that, jerk." He giggled once more, laying on his stomach facing Olan with a grin.

"a--hole," Olan muttered, laying back down, pulling a pillow under his head. He closed his eyes, inhaling deeply. "I need to do more than sleep, but.. I wanna sleep."
