A group of teens stay at a local beach to kick off their high school graduation.But things get sketchy when a local legend, actually becomes true.

Age: 18 (out of high school)
Looks: Tall, Muscular, Black, spiked hair, brown eyes. Wears Tan khaki shorts, brown Hollister flip flops, blue holister muscle shirt, sunglasses.
