The Plot:

One day, he accidentally ends up meeting her though, because she dies. He didn't mean to let it happen, and there was nothing he could have done to prevent it, as he didn't even know how it happened. Deciding that it was his fault he let her slip away from life's grip so suddenly, he tries to help bring her back to life. Taking her to many different places in the afterlife, but it's not how anyone ever would have imagined. There are places dark they must venture to so he can save her and learn the reasons behind her mysterious death.
If anyone is interested you would be playing the female role of it. -
This sounds cool c:
-
If you would like to take the female part, you can. I'll make my character first and then you can use the form I use. c:

Yee Ok c:

Yeah, it shouldn't take too long. I don't like detailed forms xD

Name: Salem Phoenix Byrne
Age: Thousands of years old. Looks twenty.
Species/Powers: Angel/Has heightened abilities, so he is stronger, faster, etc. Has wings so he can fly. He can control others emotions and persuade them to do as he says (Doesn't work on the girl).
Personality: Salem is on to keep to himself and not really socialize with most people. It is not unusual to see him standing in the shadows by himself. If you approach him though, you will notice that he is friendly. He will easily talk to you, but has quite a sarcastic attitude. Actually, most don't like his personality, as it can be quite a lot to handle. He will be sarcastic, arrogant, cocky, and charming. Most of the time he can get his way and it's clear that he is used to this. Once you get to know him though, you can see how much of a sweet and protective guy he is. Though that's after he begins to trust you, and it's hard for him to trust anyone. -
Name: Amber Kinsley
Age: 17
Species/powers: She's human, and has no powers. Suprise suprise.
Personality: Sort of like your basic white girl who like Starbucks and has an iPhone. Although, she dresses like a hipster with a goth twinge. She's naive like that one girl in horror movies. She's pretty friendly, but curious.
Other: Her Mom is a total jerk and treats her like cinderella, but on the other hand her dad loves her. She's finishing up her senior year of high school.
NOT IT :P -
Do you want to start out just before what kills her, or after she is already dead? Just so I know where to start it from lol
-
Just before she dies
-
(Okay! I haven't thought of how she should die yet, so unless you have an idea, I'll try to think of one lol)
Salem sat quietly in his house, which was basically made up of glass and was furnished in modern decor. This was the house he had been assigned to after he received Amber as his human to guard. She was considered to be very special, but he honestly had no idea why. Of course he was attracted to her, but he figured it was because he was assigned to her. A way to make sure that he always kept checking up on her. Other than that, she seemed like a regular, boring human, nothing too fascinating to him.
In fact, she hadn't even done anything of much interest today. Which was why at the moment, he was only half paying attention to the girl on earth. His attention was focused on something his boss had said earlier. His boss, the one who assigned her to him, seemed to be a little off lately. He seemed shaken up and just not himself. This confused Salem, but what confused him more when he told him to pay extra attention to his girl. What girl was he talking about? His assigned human? Salem didn't know. -

EbolaI meant murder, by her mother. It'll be like the whole snow white thing where her mom was slightly jealous and hated her, then they got in this big fight causing her mom to go all out and just stab stab stab. :3)
"I told you to do the dishes an hour ago." Said her mom, her voice growing to a crescendo. Amber looked at her stack of papers. "I did my homework in that ti-." Her hand came across her face. Amber cried out, and held her hand to the burn. She wouldn't cry, she wouldn't show her how weak she felt. "You stupid girl. You do what I say, when I say!" She got up slowly and let her hand drop from her face. Meanwhile, her mom stalked off to the kitchen, and hastily opened a drawer. Amber knew what she was going to try now, she knew what her mom would do. She ran for the door, trying to unlock all three locks set in place. As soon as she got the door open, she sprinted down the street with her mother yelling behind her. The knife gleamed in the mid day sun light. -
(lol Seems legit. I like the idea. c: )
Salem continued to contemplate deeply what his boss had meant earlier on in the day, because it had caught him so off guard. It was this deep thinking that caused him to not be able to notice the slight electric pulse running through his body. It was when it began to hurt him badly that he realized Amber was in serious trouble. His white eyes immediately shot up before he closed his eyes and concentrated on her. With horror on his facial expression, he watched the scene play out in front of him. It being too late for him to intervene without breaking the rule, which he couldn't do. Please don't die, he thought in his head, while the electric pulse continued to hurt him. -
Her mother flinged the the knife out, just as Amber turned around. Her side blasted with pain. She looked down to see the hilt protruding in between were her stomach was and her side. She watched as her dark shirt became darker, the area becoming numb. Her breathes came deep, and laboured as she sunk to he ground, her mother standing over now. "I never liked you," She hissed. "It's like you tried to be better than me, younger, prettier and all." Her fingers found the hilt. A red Toyota came into their driveway, a man came out. Her father. She only caught glimpses of his words. "... Why... Our daughter... Jail... Nine-one-one... Dammit..." He ran a hand through his light hair, his other dialing his smart phone.

Salem gasped in horror as she got stabbed, before he groaned in pain from feeling an intense electric pulse from where she had been stabbed. It was within that instant that he decided to go down to the human world. Quickly he stood up and concentrated on the road that she was at, but the connection was becoming fuzzier. He could feel her slipping away from him. Panic was flooding through his veins, not because he was failing at his job, but because he felt this connection to her, for years. Every emotion she felt, he was right there with her feeling it. Every time she was in trouble, he made sure she got through it, but not this time. He failed her.
