1. C1 is a pirate- He has a very nice ship that he sails with his brother, looking for something that he wont say. His crew is hired at random, and paid well. C2, looking for a way to feed his wife and children, takes the job. However, after a while, he starts to realize that all is not what it seems when it comes to C1.
2. C1 is the ring master of a circus famous for one thing- The fact that only kids can watch it. The freaks that run it, though, have a very special secret. After every show, one or two children are selected to be their meal.
C2 is a performer, one of C1's best acts. When their show is overran by police, C2 helps C1 escape. -

C1, a time-traveler, shows up on C2's ship in the middle of a storm. He landed there on accident, and between trying to keep himself from getting killed and getting too close to Captain C2, now has to search for parts as he travels with his new shipmates.

Name: Emery (Captain Em.)
Age: Roughly twenty five. Fairly young.
Appearance: Completely tanned. His cheeks are splattered with freckles, and he has a birth mark on his right eyelid, that he keeps covered with his hair. His hair, by the way, is pretty long. He keeps it pulled back in a tie most of the time, though. Green eyes, red-blond hair. Tall and thin, but muscular.
Personality: Complete jackass at first. Though he's a sweetheart once you get to know him.
