Muse 1 (M1) is a blind man, who lives by himself, though he finds this suitable. Walking home one day after work, he is taken into an alley and raped by a homeless woman. A week later he finds out she is pregnant. For nine months, M1 has the burden of this, but he can't find himself to leave the woman out on the streets so during the pregnancy she stays with him. When the child is born, he expects her to stay, but she runs off, never to be found again. Unable to see, he is left to take care of the child on his own. M2 is M1's coworker, and when he finds out about why M1 has to quit the job he decides to help out.

In an English kingdom where anything involving magic or witchcraft is condemned, M1 lives. He is a man appointed by the king to be the best monster hunter in the land, who takes care of nuisances like witches, vampires or werewolves. But he keeps a dark secret- he is a warlock himself, which is why he's so good at finding and getting rid of the creatures. M2 is a werewolf that M1 is appointed to hunt down, but the werewolf threatens to tell the warlock's secret if he doesn't leave him alone.

As far as the first one, would it begin after the child is born and dumped on C1, or afterwards?

I think just after. Kind of like, he would go to the hospital with her, she'd have the baby, and when they walk out the day after would be when it starts. She'd run right when they get out the door, and M1 would have to take the baby to work to quit.
But that's definitely subject to change. -
Or it could even be before. He could decide to quit before the baby's born.
