Alright. Hang on I have to try and make a character.

Name: Kira Hallow
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Appearance: long flowing black hair, dull green eyes, pale skin
Likes: the living, people she doesn't find annoying, animals, children
Dislikes: flirts, annoying people, rude children, Death, getting her hands dirty
Abilities: long black claws for slicing, grey colored wings and fangs. She also has a sword from when she was alive that has no abilities.
Personality: she has a very cold and calculative personality, can actually be nice if she thinks anyone is worthy of it, has a terrible temper.
Other: Kira was a top general in the war, on account of her cold nature and tactical nature.
Reason why she is in Hell: She slaughtered a good amount of people, which after a few countless thousand she was executed by the other side after her she got a bit too prideful of her own forces. -

Abilities: After being told that his name meant Bringer of Death, he was given the ability to summon a form of scythe connected to a lantern, used for collecting souls, by long chains. He can use his scythe whenever he pleases, but his lantern can only hold so many souls a day. The more he fills the lantern, the stronger he becomes. He can also leave the lantern near his allies, and they'll have the same strength benefits.
Personality: Flirtatious, hopelessly romantic, sadistic when the mood hits, compassionate towards injured animals and certain people
Reasons for being sent to Hell: Vengefully murdered a group of men that had raped and murdered the love of his life. He figured he was in the right since no one else had done anything to bring his lover justice.
Other: His dislike of fish hooks is from a time when he was tortured before death. The hooks were pushed through his cheeks and ripped out.
His flirtatious behavior is a coping mechanism. -

I vote no for Phoenix because...well, to be very blunt about it, I'm skeptical of her/his writing skills. That is to say, they can't even use puncuation correctly and I cannot take them seriously. (This is RITS if you don't know btw.)
