The City of Nebula. A bustling place that is the size of a country. It has been around for as long as anyone could remember. The city is dotted with ruins. The residents of the city live in peace. Only, Nebula is located in the sky. It is a floating city. There is no ground at all.
The city relies on technology. They create food and water. Light from the sun is one of the only natural things, the other being the residents. Working is optional because money is given out every few weeks. That was decided by the current leader, Robert Nebula.
One day, Leader Nebula announces a masquerade ball in the palace. But underneath the palace, humans are being experimented on. They are given robotic limbs and other features. These experiments, or cyborgs, escape from the underground lab and into the masquerade ball to be part of the real world. But when they accidentally create an earthquake, something terrible happens.
The City of Nebula begins to crack. The cracks grow bigger. Then, the city breaks apart into seven different pieces. Each piece contains a ruin within it. The people in the palace are in a panic. When the scientists discover what happened and who was responsible, the cyborgs get thrown off that piece of the city's edge. And that's where the real story begins.

Special Abilities: She can punch with inhuman strength due to her robotic arms. The only downfall is that if she is punching repeatedly, one or both of her arms will begin to lag. She can zoom in on areas with her eyes. -

Name: Blues
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Appearance: Blues wears vibrant red armour as well as a dark grey body suit. He wears a stylized helmet that features a distinct white trim that points upward. Along with his trademark flowing yellow scarf and thick black shades makes Blues fit the mysterious dashing lone wolf archetype quite well.
Robotic Parts: Blues' right hand has been replaced with a miniature plasma cannon and his left arm contains a collapsible shield that stores itself in his forearm. His body has also been combined with an experimental energy source that removes his need to rest or eat.
Special Abilities: Blues' arm cannon can be charged for powerful bolts, or can change shape into a short ranged sword used primarily for welding.
Personality: Blues is calm, cool, and collected in any situation and greatly independent. He is a loner who, like his brother, has a strong sense of justice and helps those who need it. He is also a grateful person, but is quick to anger and has little hope for the future of mankind. -
