She squirmed a bit when he picked her up, but soon relaxed again in his arms. She should have woken up by now, but it seemed her body didn't want to wake up. She mumbled lightly in her sleep as she snuggled into his chest as he carried her to the tent.
-
He was careful not to trip over anything in the darkness as he ducked his head to get into the tent. The moon was hidden behind clouds, and it made it hard for him to see where or what he was doing. He set her down on her side, pulling up the covers and kissing her forehead sweetly. When she was all tucked in perfectly and ready to go, he moved to his own side, burrowing deep under the thin blanket. They'd have a nice, long day ahead of them.
-
She snuggled into the covers and mumbled lightly, feeling someone kiss her on the forehead. It was odd...her father never did that, but she soon shrugged it off in her sleep. She felt like morning would be something interesting.

(TIME SKIP)
When the sun rose up and was high in the sky, Francis woke up with a happy little yawn, stretching out his body and basking in the rays that were sneaking through the fabric. It looked like it would be the perfect weather to travel with. He looked over at the sleeping princess, smiling. He knew she'd be angry, but he didn't care. He promised himself that he'd do whatever it'd take to win her over. -
(WONDERFUL TIMESKIPS!!! :3)
Evangeline woke up slowly and groaned, sitting up on the covers. She blinked lightly and looked around, her eyes finally widening. She wasn't at the castle, where the hell was she? She blinked again and saw Francis in her view, finally remembering what he did. "You." She said, malice filled her voice and her glare became cold. -
(I LOVE THEM ALL)
Francis flinched underneath her cold stare, but he wasn't too intimidated by her reaction. He knew that he deserved this one way or another. He sat up, preparing himself for any hits she might throw. "Me? I have a name, you know. I'd like you to call me Francis. Please? It's just common decency." -
(INDEED THEY ARE LOVABLE.)
She glared at him more and got up, ignoring his comment as she went to the door of the tent. "I'm going back and reporting you. I'll enjoy your execution." She glanced back at him and walked out the flaps of the tent to the outside world. -
(how tho xD)
"Hey now, you don't have to be that cruel!" Francis scrambled up out of his makeshift bed, gritting his teeth. "Everyone thinks you're just with me to decide on a real answer. They think I didn't kidnap you. So your words will be questioned. Please, don't do this.. Why do you hate me?" -
(I DUNNO THEY JUST ARE.)
"I don't have to answer that question Francis." She growled lightly at him as she turned to look at him. "My father would not question my word, none of it and personally I'd rather see you squirm while you hang!" She was furious at him, forgetting about her gown she was wearing from the night earlier. "You took me from my castle and knocked me out!" -
(lol den)
"But before that! What did I do to make you hate me like this? We've only ever met once, and that.. That wasn't the normal me. So I don't know why you hate me so." He straightened out his clothing, eyeing her gown. "Besides, you'd be defenseless without me. I went off the normal trail. You have no food, no water, no sense of direction. You need me to get away." -
( :P)
She frowned a bit more at him as she crossed her arms over her chest. "I still am not going to tell you why I hate you." She turned away from him. -
(wat)
"Oh, come on.. It's not fair. I didn't even do anything." Francis scoffed at her, an exasperated look in his eyes. "Please, just tell me.." -
She glanced at him and a bit of pity. "Look we did meet before that stupid summer thing, you just don't remember." She sighed lightly and grumbled about being kidnapped. She blinked and groaned. "Did you grab any of my clothes?"
-
"We did?" He frowned, tilting his head. Francis couldn't recall ever meeting her.. Maybe it was when they were smaller? He didn't know. He blinked at her question, glancing up. "Yes. They're in the pink saddle bag."
