Cat was walking through a street that had very little lighting. She saw a few people passing but not that many. She started thinking about her future and if there was a future for her. She knew since her mother died she would have to work harder since her father was an alcoholic that did not work.

James put his hood up and looked around a street that had a few people on it. Soon, James saw a man sitting on a bench. "Hmm..." James slowly walked over to the man. He decided to have an easy meal. James did not usually like to have to chase people around to drink that person's blood.

Cat kept walking a few hundred feet in front of her there was a man sitting on a bench. She slowed down a bit knowing she wasn't the only person on the street. She hated being by herself.

James looked around to see if anyone was watching; Only to see a girl walking on the same sidewalk. "Hm, Only one person will see." James mumbled to himself. He then crept up behind the man on the bench and went to bite the mans neck.

Cat at first didn't know what the man was trying to do but when she focused she could see his mouth and the fangs."OH MY GOD!! SIR! SIR!!" she screamed not caring if anybody else heard she then shouted stop stop! To the man trying to bit the other man.

James sighed in an irritated way and looked at the girl shouting for him to stop "What?" James said in a cold unfriendly way.

She turned red. " y-you w-were trying to bite that man" " and y-your fangs" cat froze. She watched for any sudden or small movements.

"Yeah, i was trying to bite that man. Ever seen a vampire before?" James replied coldly. James then watched as the man quickly ran away. "s---..."James mumbled angrily to himself.

" no. Actually I haven't" she stayed in the same spot not daring to get any closer. She looked straight into his eyes not showing any sign of fear." well your lunch ran away so you don't need to stay" she said feeling quite cocky.

James let out a slow chuckle and replied "Not Precisely. Just... Who is on my lunch menu changed." James stepped a little close to the girl away from the bench

She didn't move" don't you dare think about it" she said. She was forgetting it was vampire she was talking to so she crossed her arms.

James grinned showing his sharp fangs. "You sure are brave talking to a vampire like that." James then was behind the girl.

Cat jumped and turned towards him" don't touch me with those teeth." she was a bit nervous now but tried not show it though she was shaking.

James was about ready to bite the girl but he stopped. "I'm not all that hungry anyways..." Something inside of James told him not to bite the girl; James felt like a complete fool, but he ignored it.

"well I don't mind if you are hungry its just... Sucking peoples blood is umm.." she looked him focusing on his mouth to get a good look at those fangs.
