"Alright, then it's settled. And Hunter," Haymitch growled.
Hunter jumped, glancing up. -
Rayna jumped a little too as Haymitch growled.

"YOU need to cut your s---. Be mature for once."
"Haymitch, they need to get caught off guard. Let me be childish and rowdy and a motherf---ing rule breaker so at the games, they get a rude awakening." -
Rayna stayed silent as she looked at Hunter. "Hunter, it doesn't matter if they get a rude awakening or not," she states.

"Yes it does. If they think I'm some childish brat, they won't expect some brute force."

"Hunter..." Rayna says, her voice shaking a little. All these horrible thoughts raced through her mind as she wanted to say something to him, but wasn't sure how to put it.

"They're gonna see. They're gonna see that a twelvie can do the job right."

Rayna opens her mouth to say something, but a strained noise comes out. She looks at Hunter and surprisingly she feels no tears forming in her eyes, but she feels a hollowness in her chest. Rayna shakes her head and stands up and walks to the kitchen to clear her plate.

Hunter stared at her, incredibly confused. "I'm not good at relationships. What did I do wrong?"

Rayna turned around to face him. "Hunter," she says her voice cracking. "You're letting the games change you into someone you're not..." She looks at him and shakes her head a little while looking down. "Don't change for them."

"ALRIGHT. I will be a sexy, rowdy, fabulous child. I am sorry." Hunter nodded.

Rayna laughed a little at his words and looked back up at him. "Okay you fabulos child, I'm heading to bed," she says. "Night."

Hunter waved to her. "Have a good sleep, I'll join you in a bit."

Rayna smiled a little at his words and waved back. She got into her room, changed, and then climbed into bed. She looked up at the ceiling, thinking about what she said to Hunter. She loved him, she knew that for sure, but Cato's words also raced through her mind. "What am I willing to give up for him?" she asked herself.

Hunter went up and decided on eating another burger, which he was taking a liking to.
