Rayna stopped herself from snapping at Tanya for the dumb answer she already knew.

"But why would you ask that?" -
YES.
Tanya put her face in her hands, yawning. She definitely needed a vacation.
"If I'm just going to keep getting hurt, what's the point?" -

"Can you give me medicine to sleep?" Rayna asks, really just wating to get away from the world right now.
"Rayna would be devastated," Mandy says. -

Tanya went to the cabinet, grabbing a needle. She went to Rayna, and without warning, injected it into her arm.
"Don't give me that bulls---. She hates me now." -
Rayna didn't say anything as she drifted to sleep, she just wanted it all to go away. If she sleeps she won't feel pain.
"She's just upset with everything that's going on," Mandy says. -
Tanya sighed, rubbing her temples tenderly. She sat in the corner of the room, staring at the television with a blank expression.
"Yeah, no. She hates me." -
Rayna slept with no movements and no dreams at all.
"Hunter," Mandy says. "She's just going though a hard time? Alright?" -
Tanya grunted in frustration when the same s---ty soap opera was on. She kept flipping through channels, landing on the news. She muted it just to read the headlines. What she read shocked her, and made her blood run cold.
"Yeah, well so am I." -
"I know that, she knows that," Mandy says. "But that's no reason to go kill yourself."

"As of today, the father of Hunter Kinios is dead. Tanya held her hand over her mouth, shutting the television off. She knew that the capital could be cruel, but like this? She was astounded.
Hunter shrugged sheepishly. -
"It's not," Mandy said again.

Tanya rushed off to find Mandy.
"Yeah, okay." -
Hunter will be pissed.
"Haven't you ever heard the saying God gives you hard times to test you?" Mandy asks. -

"I don't believe in God," he spat angrily. -

Mandy's throat tightened. "Do you not believe in him because he said no to you so many times?"
