Cato began to walk and Rayna followed slowly behind, hoping to end up in back again. You killed a little girl I put her out of her misery. yeah but what will Hunter think when he fins out you killed her? He doesn't know
Rue nodded, handing everything to him. -
Marvel walked along, keeping an eye out for tributes.
Thresh went over to the passed out Hunter, pulling his pant leg up.
Another parachute came flying down. In this one, there was snacks for Kyland and Rue. The note included would be, Here is some snacks for the children. Love, Haymitch. -
Clove made her way behind rayna hitting her shoulder. "Don't think you'll end up in back just to run away," she sneers. "Yeah, what ever," Rayna says monotone.
"Another one?" Rue asks, walking over to get it. -
Marvel chuckled a small bit. "By the way, I always thought that Hunter was gay. Is he?"
Kyland followed her. "Oooh!" -
Rayna smirked. "No, he was only acting gay because he thought you were," she says. "He didn't want you to be left out."
Rue handed it to him. "I opened the last one," she says. -
Marvel bit the inside of his cheek, crossing his arms.
Kyland excitedly opened it. He read the note out loud, saying who it was from. He opened the box to reveal gummy bears, cookies, and some nuts.
Thresh was slowly injecting the Novocaine into Hunter's knee. -
Rayna smirked a little, happy with the way she fought back. Even if Hunter hated her, she sitll couldn't stand them talking bad things about him. "Here," Cato says while stopping.
Rue laughed. "Gummy bears!" she cheers. "Lets go give some to thresh!" -
Marvel cleared his throat. "Let's find a place to rest for the night."
Kyland agreed. "And save some for Hunter!" He ran back into the cave.
Thresh was focused on the needle, nearly finished. -
"This is where we'll sleep," Cato says to Marvel. Rayna sighs, setting her pack down.
Rue laughed while rushing back inside. "We have more food!" she cheers. -
Marvel took a seat, hugging his knees to his chest.
Thresh nodded, relieved. He finished with the needle and pulled it out, grabbing the knee brace. He slowly began slipping it on.
Kyland sat nearby, watching and putting the box down. -
Rayna leaned against a tree as Cato took a spot not too far away from her, and Glimmer was across from her. You killed her, now everyone will see what a horrible person you are
Rue looked at Hunter sadly. "He'll be okay," she says. -
Marvel sighed as he laid down in the sleeping bag he had managed to nab.
By then, Hunter was starting to stir.
Thresh got the brace on and moved away. "What food did you get? Who sent it?" -
"Will we need a fire?" Clove asks. Cato shakes his head. "We should be fine," he answers. Rayna begins to make a bed on the ground with a few blankets, she doesn't have a sleeping bag.
"Uh just some small things... Haymitch, Hunters mentor," Rue answers. -
Marvel shut his eyes, tired and a bit drained.
"Oh, okay. We can trust him. I wouldn't trust them if it was the Careets' mentors."
Kyland pulled out the large bag of Gummy Bears. -
Rue laughed as she took the gummy bears from him and ate a few. "Is Hunter awake?" she asks.
Rayna sighs, still having the thoughts run trough her head.
