Name: Can't Be Trusted
Genre: Romance, a bit of fantasy/sci-fi I suppose...

Plot: C1 is not like other humans. In fact, they're not even completely human. C1 was born into an undercover laboratory, the product of a twisted human/animal breeding project. The half-animal creature has spent their whole life locked in various cages and going through various painful tests. A life of torture has taught C1 that no human can be trusted. C2 had a normal life. They grew up, went to collage. But now that C2 has graduated, they've been transferred across-country as an intern for a laboratory they know almost nothing about. Once C2 arrives, they realize the horrible things taking place in the lab, especially the constant torture of C1. C2 knows they have to help C1 somehow, but due the watchful eyes of the scientists and C1's reluctance to trust, it could be harder than C2 thought...
C1 is half-human half-(insert animal here) in case that wasn't clear. -

Plot: The world is at war. Divided into two sides, each fully determined to completely wipe out the other. The Northern Force is full of clever, carefully trained soldiers. They battle with strategy and tactic, and have the upper hand in the war. The Southern Army is the losing side. They were reckless at the start of the war, and quickly drained their weapons and supplies. Desperate to keep his side alive, the leader of the Southern Army passed a law. Upon turning eighteen, every male in the Southern Territory must join the army's ranks and fight for victory. C1 has just turned 18, and is quickly thrust into battle. He and the rest of his squadron are untrained and unprepared. Somehow, C1 gets separated from his group. When he's ambushed by a Northern commander, it looks like C1's life will be cut short...
C2 is a high-ranking Northern commander, young but skilled. He is strict and cold, demanding nothing less than complete domination over any Southern soldier. The day begins like any other, he heads out and takes down any Southern group he sees. But when he attacks one soldier, something is different. C2 doesn't know what it is, but he just can't kill C1. Instead, the commander rescues the untrained soldier, taking him back to his headquarters to let him heal and rest. As the war and time both go on, the two grow closer and closer, but if someone finds out that C2 has been protecting a Southerner they could both be killed...
