I nodded. "Sure! I didn't know her birthday was coming up." I squealed. "Birthdays are excitin- dear lord did I just squeal?! I'm not a pig... I need to stop doing that..." -
Okie, just making sure, sorry ^-^')
I laughed and took her hand, dragging her to where the can was waiting. "Come on!" The driver have me a knowing smile as I pulled her in with me. -
I sat in the car with Caleb. "So... how are you?" I asked, realizing I was being awkward. I wasn't trying to, it just happened.

I looked at her with a teasing grin. "That's the best you could come up with?" I laughed again. "Honestly though, I'm pretty good, considering everything. What about you?"

I shrugged. "I'm good. I've made a habit of annoying the Ares kids, which is really funny cause when they're mad their faces get all red." I poked my cheeks. And crossed my eyes. "Tey wook weally weiwd and fuwny when tat happahns, too." I said through my cheek poking.

I raised an eyebrow and chuckled. Sometimes she reminded me of a little kid. "Area kids are pretty easy to annoy."

I laughed. "Seriously. Just say 'Herro' and BOOM! Annoyance throughout the whole cabin!" I shook my head. "I think there should be a special anger management class for Ares kids."

I grinned. "Yeah, that would be good." The driver pulled to a stop and I glanced outside to see the beach. I smiled and got out of the cab, opening the door for Indie.

I sniffed the air before getting out. "Hey Caleb where are w-" I gasped when I turned around. We were at the beach! ".....It's not Ruby's birthday, is it?" I said, a smile gracing my face as I looked out at the water.

I shook my head. "Nope. Happy late birthday Indie!" I grabbed her hands in mine and pulled her down to the warm sand.

I smiled, letting him drag me to the sand. Once we got there, I said, "You really didn't have to do anything. Just you being you was good enough for me." I said, smiling up at him. He really was quite tall. Or maybe I was shorter than I thought... gah! I'm rambling to myself again... -
I grinned and looked down at her. She was so perfect. Everything about her; her emerald eyes, her bubbly personality. I loved her. The sun was just startin to set over the waves, casting a golden glow over the entire beach.

I smiled back at him. "This is nice though. Thanks." I gave him a hug. The air was salty and Caleb smelled like rain. Everything was perfect. -

I hugged her back and smiled. "Wanna go swimming?" -
I nodded, bouncing in my spot. "Swimming, swimming, swi swi swi swim swi-im-ing! Dun, ba do do doosh~!" I sang to the tune of that song that nobody remembers the actual name for.
