Arcelio shrugged, sitting back in his chair with his arms crossed and his eyes looking anywhere but Rayson. "I was not worried about you, I just wanted to know whether you'd be fine. That's not worry, it's... Curiousity."
-
"That might be a while. I mean, you did kind of almost die..." Arcelio sighed, as the room was empty of any doctors now. "Maybe in a minute. Shouldn't you be tired or something? You could try sleeping."
-
"I just ate a little bit ago. Popcorn and breakfast. You're trying to fatten me up like a pig, I swear." He huffed out a breath. "It doesn't matter if you want to sleep, you need to."
-
Wrinkling his nose, Arcelio grimaced. "Training? Great..." He uncrossed his arms to rest then on the arms of the chair. "Fine, whatever..."
-
Arcelio sat as he was for a few minutes, then finally decided that he was actually going to stay. He scooted the chair as close to the bed as he could, and leaned down to rest his head on top of his arms next to Rayson's torso, and fell asleep himself.
-
Arcelio found himself waking up when Rayson started wrapping him up with the blanket. He would have opened his eyes or sat up, had he not felt the weight of an arm over his back. It made his heart rush for a second; people tended not to like him. So he stayed where he was, sighing out a breath and going back to sleep.
-
Arcelio woke slowly. His back was hurting from the way he was bending over, but otherwise he was comfortable sleeping under Rayson's hold. "Hm...?" He hummed, peeking open an eye to look at the older man who'd woken him.
-
"... Thanks." Arcelio hardly hesitated more than a second to climb into the bed, laying down in the designated spot next to Rayson. The bed was only made for one, so it was a tight fit, but for now Arcelio was alright with that.
-
Turning onto his own side to face Rayson while being careful not to push off his arm, Arcelio shrugged, "It's alright."
-
Arcelio stayed awake for a bit more, watching the assassin's breathing make his chest rise and fall. Eventually, the boy slid himself forward to be closer to Rayson and steal some of his heat before he went back to sleeping.
-
(That's alright~ I actually need to go eat dinner right now, so I may be a while.)
Arcelio was only half-aware, keeping his eyes closed and staying still. He was too tired to really move around at all. He felt Rayson move around a bit, and the arm was pulled away from him, so a minute later, he reached out to find Rayson's torso. -
It took Arcelio a moment to register the action, but once he had, his eyes opened and his hand shot out hit Rayson's shoulder. "You can't just kiss somebody when they're sleeping, you creep!"
-
Arcelio's face was flushed in red. He sat up, crossing his arms over his chest. "Geez, it's rude. You've got to at least wake them up," he whined.
-
"Yes, yes I am. Thank you for noticing," he murmured, scooting backwards on the bed so that his butt was on the pillow and he was facing Rayson.
-
Arcelio pursed his lips, then shrugged, releasing them again. "I guess. Sure. Go for it. Though I would've preferred for the first one to not have been when I was half asleep."
