(YOU s---
GO DIE ARCHER
--/shot for intruding okay bye) -
(Psh xD Even Corrin's like 'da fuk man das no good' XD
JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.) -
"Yah, it is. You raised him thinking that's the best he deserves and he's accepting the love he thinks he is getting."
Arcelio sat in silence after that, until the boy came back. He wrinkled his nose at the conversation. Once the door was shut, he patted the spot on the floor next to him in a gesture for Rosario to sit there. "Do you really like him all that much?" Arcelio asked, looking at the young kid. -
Arcio gladly took the box of food from the boy. "Hm. I know he does," he stated, not needing the boy to repeat it if he wasn't comfortable with it. "You don't have to listen to him anymore. Rayson's going to come, and I know he'll deal with them, and you can go home with me and him. I'll make sure."
(So kind of him to give the guy water cx) -
Arcelio stayed where he was, silent until he heard the kid crying. "I don't care if he wants to take you home, I'm going to! You can't stay here, Archer's worse than Rayson and you can't even see that because you only care about being mad at him."
(What a virtuous man.) -
Arcelio swallowed a bit nervously. Another person who seemed to genuially like him. After a few minutes of silence, he draped his arm over Rosario, sighing and setting his head against the wall of the van. He wasn't sure what was supposed to happen to them, but he intended to help the kid out, at least.
(Nobody messes with daddy bear Ray Ray.
Sure~)) -
Arcelio had fallen asleep soon after Rosario had. The truck ride was long, and when it was over, he didn't even stir. It was only when he felt the being under his arms move that Arcelio peeked an eye open. Light was streaming in through the open doorway, and his eyes had to adjust to it for a moment. "Rayson!" He yelped when he saw the other, feeling even more hopeful about his situation than before.
(They never ate their num nums) -
(just pretend Arcelio woke him up a few hours later and they did)
Corrin sighed, got in the truck, and pulled Rosario up, lifting him into his arms. "Ten minutes," He muttered, and then left with the shocked little boy.
Rayson quickly moved into the truck, hurrying over to Arcelio. He wrapped him in a hug, holding him tightly, trying to hid that face that he was shaking. He pulled away after a moment, leaning his tear-stained cheek against his lover's head.
"Arcelio, I need you to take the truck that's parked down the road. There's some money in the glove box, you can get a hotel room for a week, and food and other crap. Take Rosario with you, and please, take the gun that's in the backpack, and make sure the safety is on, and use it if a car is following you for too long, or someone you don't know starts bothering you. If I'm not back in a week, go to your dad, and make up some story, but take my son with you, and don't let anyone take him from you, a-and, don't call the police, because it'll just make things worse." His voice broke, and he looked away, biting his lip. "He hates me, doesn't he?" -
Arcelio hugged him tightly, the comfort of him even coming to get him worth more than anything. But when he heard what Rayson was saying, he frowned, the reality of it hitting him. "What? You're not coming with us?" He murmured. He'd promised Rosario that he'd be going home with both of them. And if he brought a kid home, his dad would kick him out. And more than anything, he didn't want to go without Rayson there with him. "Yah. Because he says you never looked for him. And Archer's been hurting him. He makes Rosario do all this messed up stuff-- you have to come with us, what are you going to do here?"
-
Arcelio held on tightly to Rayson for as long as he could; as far as he was concerned, all he wanted was to get out of here with Rosario and Rayson. But soon, Rayson was moving away from him. Arcelio grasped at his shirt, trying to anchor him into staying but it didn't work, and soon he was watching a limp Rayson being carried away.
He stayed where he was for a few minutes, until Archer showed up with Rosario. The poor kid looked utterly drained. Arcelio went straight to him, kneeling over him. He brushed the sweaty hair away from his face, trying to be as gentle and comforting as he could. "We're going to go now, okay? I'll carry you, we've got a truck to go in that Rayson brought for us- see, he did know you were going to be here. He brought enough stuff for both of us." -
"He did. And he told me to make sure you were safe." Slowly and carefully, Arcelio moved to pick the boy up, slipping both arms under him and lifting him. He stood up, carrying Rosario out of the van. The entire time, he kept one hand on the other's head, gently petting his fingers through his hair. "You don't have to deal with Archer anymore. And Rayson's going to be back to take care of both of us. We'll be a family," he stated, hardly even thinking about it.
-
Arcelio's eye's widened, registering what was about to leave Rosario's lips. And it wasn't words. "Not on mee--" He panicked for a moment, not wanting to hurt him, and ended up kneeling on the ground. He set Rosario down in the same position, keeping him upright by sitting behind him with an arm across his chest. "Okay-"
(Arcelio would be such a terrible father since he's so clueless of how children operate.. Like 'ew why is there blOOD IN OUR DAUGHTER'S UNDERWEAR ONE SECOND HONEY DADDY RAYSON WILL DEAL WITH IT BABE I THINK SHES DYING') -
(You know come actually tastes a lot like sugar x-x)
Arcelio sighed, nodding. "I know." He almost said 'your dad thinks that too' but knew that it would be an inappropriate time to. He patted Rosario's hair once more, asking, "Are you good now?"
(And then Arcelio would be upset because "they're not heeer kids! We can just google it!") -
(It's hereditary x'D)
Arcelio, nodding, lifted the boy up again, carrying him carefully. Now that he was pretty sure that Archer was in the cabin, he trekked past the cover of the van and started his way to the truck that was in view. "We're going to go back to where your dad lives, and see if we can stay there- oh." Arcelio stopped in his tracks. He had absolutely no idea where they were, and no idea where this headquarters place was. And if they ended up staying somewhere else, no way to get that information to Rayson. "U-uhm..."
(That would satisfy Arcelio's needs and the daughter would just be really embarrassed.) -
(I'm like that with pumpkin pie. .3.
BUT HOW WOULD RAYSON KNOW WHICH HOTEL ARCELIO THEY'RE GOING TO)
Arcelio looked down at the boy, and deciding he couldn't just put the kid back in the van while he tried to think up a plan of action, he continued on walking to the truck. When he made it there, he had to manuever around to open the door without putting Rosario down, but managed it and set him down carefully in the back row of seats. After that was done, he started rummaging around to see exactly what they'd been left.
