Okay, so I was thinking that in a test lab, two different species of girls (i.e.: vampire/werewolf, mermaid/bird, feline/hedgehog...or something) are trapped in the same experimental cell and the scientist wanted to see what would happen if they breeded and made a new species of animal. This might take a little bit of time for them to trust each other or fall in love or if you want a quick time span we can work with that too.
If you don't like the plot, I could come up with something else. -
