Maria sighed. "I wish there was some way I could convince you, but there's really not. Just know that she deserves a chance with you. You deserve a chance with each other." She finished off her coffee and set the mug down.

Will sat there silent for a moment and sighed. "I-I don't know Maria..."

"At least stop acting like she's a stranger then. It wouldn't hurt to talk every once in a while right? She's stuck with three crazy boys, a werewolf, and a pregnant lady. I'm sure talking to you would be nice for her." Maria said with a light laugh.

She looked silently at where her tea cup was at and it appeared out of thin air with a fresh thing of tea in it. "I...I don't know if I can just not pretend to be strangers Maria." She blushed deeply as three sugar cubes plopped into the tea and a spoon started to stir the sugar in. "Talk to m-me?"

She nodded. "I'm sure she would love to talk to you. But ever since the party she's been convinced you don't like her. You just have to show her."

"I love her!" She blurted out, but covered her mouth and blushed harder. "I-I mean I like her. I avoided her t-to keep her safe. S-so people don't try and k-kill her for being a-around me."

Maria sighed. "Even Sebastian isn't this stubborn..." She muttered under her breath. "It looks like you're not going to change your mind, so I'd say keep keeping your distance. But at least tell her why first. So she doesn't feel so bad about it."

"Maria..." she was about to finish her sentence, but heard the front door open. Brenda walked through the hallway trying to close an umbrella.
"Maria, you wouldn't believe how bad it's raining out there! It's raining cats and...." Brenda looked into the living room and saw Wilhelm and Maria sitting on the couch. She blushed lightly and sighed. "Um I should...probably go..." -
Maria jumped and ran over to Brenda, grabbing her arm. "No! Stay!" She smiled a little anxiously. "I mean, it's raining, and this house is big enough for the three of us. Sit down, I'll get you some coffee." She took the umbrella from Brenda and closed it, setting it by the door and gently nudging her towards the couch.

Brenda blushed deeply and sat down on the couch, farther away from Will. Will stayed silent and tried to think of a way of revenge on Maria for doing this.

Maria sat down ext to Brenda and handed her a mug of coffee. She glance pointedly at Will, gesturing subtly towards Brenda.

"Thank you..." Brenda said quietly as she held the mug in her hand, staying as silent as possible which was odd for her, but she was scared of saying something.
Will frowned at Maria and looked at her tea cup, calmly picking it up and drinking it calmly. -
Maria groaned. Obviously neither of them were going to start the conversation. "So, Brenda, you're here late." She said, facing the blonde.

Brenda jumped a bit when she heard Maria's voice and sighed. "Um...I-I needed to get away f-from the boys. They w-were driving me c-crazy." She averted looking past Maria's shoulder at Will.
Will stayed quiet as possible and got up. "Look Maria I have to go. I have other patients to get to." She started to walk to the front door. -
Maria stood up and stepped in front of Will, looking desperate. "Please stay," She whispered. "She needs to know.." She glanced into the other room at Brenda.
