A goverment lab called the F.P has invented a eye drop to put in your eye. But they did not know that when you do it allows you to have a power and be able to change in to a animal.
The goverment has taken all the people that has it to a poor snowy city wheres nobody has ever been and does not want to go. Now you most stay there forever and live. Only because they don't want the eye drop getting out.
rules of the town
1.No making friends
2.No talking
3.No dating or any thing like that
4.No having fun
5.No eating anything but bread
6.No having kids or pet's
7.No using powers

(choose one color for ONLY 1 power. Just because you have something like 1 blue eye and 1 red do NOT mean you HAVE 2 POWERS)
