In Kalos, a pact was recently made between the admin's of Team Flare and Team Rocket. This wouldn't be all that alarming, seeing as both teams had no leader, except for the fact Team Flare also made pacts with Team Magma, Team Aqua, Team Galactic, and Team Plasma. New leaders of these teams arose, to take their place as the Council of Six.
This roleplay is about the six evil organization leaders, how they cooperate with each other, their evil intentions, and the Rise of Team Omega to take over a new region named Nomia.
Quick overview of Nomia-
Whitetail town- Starting town for rookies, covered in a thick layer of snow like the rest of the region.
Ironguarde City- Like Castelia and Lumiose, it's the center of everything for this region.
Brightage Village- Said to be home to the three dog pokemon, it's guarded by the village people and outsiders are generally discouraged from venturing past the village boundaries.

Pokemon: Charmander named Luka, Vulpix named Blitz, and a Chimchar named Sasha
Personality: Hot-headed, arrogant, stubborn, loud.
Enemies: Aqua
Allies: I'm gonna go with Flare, for obvious reasons.
Other: Was a grunt for the longest time. After their team was defeated by Ruby/Sapphire, she took command from behind the scenes, using her string of supports to back her. Eventually became accepted by all, and was elected leader by the team. Actually a very good leader, though she's not to good with strategy, she always likes to just say 'Burn it down'. -

Other(Maybe a little backstory?): after his father, cyrus, was defeated, he was raised by team galactic to be the new leader of the team. He was never treated normally, and was not allowed to play with the kids his age when he was young. He grew up alone, jupiter, mars, and saturn and sird. At the age of 15, he was elected leader immediately and his first corse of action was allying the team with all the others known at the time. -
