He looked up at her. "I can't do that." He grabbed a crate by one of the dumpsters and pulled it over, then stepped up onto it and pulled himself up to the ladder, with a bit of struggle.

She quickly got down to the first one and helped him up. "Sorry..." She glanced up at the moon and saw it was coming out more.

He pulled himself onto the first landing and sat down. "It's... It's happening."

She panicked at bit. "Collin we need to get to my flat now. I can't have you going crazy and hurting anyone." She tried to lift him up.

He pulled himself to his feet and started for the next ladder. Collin managed to climb up it, but collapsed at the top, starting to transform.

She cursed under her breath and only could helplessly watch. She never really watched someone change before, only heard some of them scream.

He managed to hold in most of his screams, instead clenching his jaw and fists tightly and curling in on himself. As his body transformed, his clothes remained unaltered. He began to grow black fur, and his fingernails started to grow into short claws. A few minutes later, he was nothing but a small lump in his pants. The tiny, fluffy black dog whimpered and crawled out and on top of the pants, then collapsed on them from pain.

She blinked and fought off a laugh. That was different, she never knew a werewolf would change into a little puppy. she picked him up carefully along with his clothes. She got to her flat and placed him carefully on the couch.

He whimpered and sat on the couch, waiting for her to return. His entire body ached from the transformation, and he wasn't comfortable with being so small.

She sighed as she came back, petting his head. "Poor thing...that had to of hurt." She sat down next to him and just started petting him, not knowing what to do.

He slowly and somewhat awkwardly waddled into her lap. All of this fur was inconvenient. He hoped that next time he'd be bigger, and somewhat fiercer.

She smiled sadly and kept petting him. "I'm sorry...it's my fault you're stuck with this...if I only acted sooner you would be living your normal life." She kissed his head.

He looked up at her, sneezed a bit, then curled up and fell asleep.

She giggled lightly and smiled. "but you look cute like this." She yawned lightly and closed her eyes for just a second, being pulled into the dark abyss of sleep.

Her lap was warm enough for him, especially with all of the fur. He slept peacefully.
