Kiara finally managed to get her stuff in her locker. She grabbed her messenger bag and jogged through the hallway, not running to avoid getting caught by a teacher. She burst open the door and spotted Jay. "Hi Jay," she said cheerfully, yet awkwardly.

"You're late." She said flatly. "Lets go!" She pushed herself off the wall and walked the other way she didn't check if Kiara was following her.

Kiara frowned and followed. "I know," she mumbled, "my locker was being annoying. Actually, my binder was being annoying." Kiki looked at the sky. "Why are binders so big? No, why are lockers so small?" she murmured to herself.

Jayden kept walking quickly on the side walk. She walked through, the park and stopped at the forest. "Get in." She said. Jayden looked around to make sure no one else was there. She walked in to the forest and kept walking to their regular spot. "Okay what do you want to work on first, Kiki?"

Kiara sat under her usual tree. She tilted her head back and rested it on the tree. "I don't know. Maybe my mana spells?" Kiana knew that she was already pretty skilled with her mana blasts and such, but she really didn't want to do alchemy.

Jayden sighed. "Okay, for a bit. Theirs something I want you to try later. I'll be hard to do after normal spells and whatnot but whatever."

To be completely honest, Kiara wasn't really listening to anything past the okay. "What should I aim at?" she asked, looking around.

Jayden heard a stick crack behind her. She whirled around. "Um a tree or something." She still stared in that direction but she didn't see anything. She turned around slowly. She saw something move out of the corner of her eye in a flash of black leather. She stiffened "This is not good." She whispered.

Kiara nodded when she heard the stick crack. She looked at Jayden. "Is everything ok?" she asked, quietly. She didn't see whatever Jay saw, but if Jay looked nervous or worried, then something seriously wasn't right.

Jayden saw a little yellow light out of the corner of her eye. Is that a... Oh god she looked over to the other side where a blue light was. Their aimed for... She ran towards Kiara. She was afraid the light would reach her first. she reached Kiara "No!" she yelled she stretched hef arms out. A shield came from each hand. Jay panted as she stood there.
