I've got it.
Ever since C1 was born, it was their signed off fate to be married to C2. When they did end up getting married, they discovered that they were being hunted by people who didn't like their race. C1 and C2 want nothing more than to be left alone- So they're on the run.
Oh, and I'm okay with the gay thing, but I'd prefer girlXgirl, because most people on this site don't do that... -
Then again if we do straight they can get pregnant on the way.

and what are we gonna do regarding species and what time period? because arranged marriages aren't common unless other species i guess -
We can go the obvious route and have them be vampires, or we can make up a species. ouo I'm guessing 1500-1800's.

I'd actually prefer werewolves, but whichever one you want to do. It'd be easier if arranged marriages were still a modern thing in their culture, so we didn't have to do the whole "no running water no electricity" stuff, but yeah, that's a cool time period too.

If you prefer werewolves, then werewolves is what they shall be. Well, we can do it in our time, so they do have dat water and electricity, or we can go to the times where they were mauled and slaughtered by humans. :D That can still happen in the 2000's tho.
